1: Log into

First things first, let’s get you started. Head over to and log into your account. We’re about to transform opportunities into successful sales!

Creating Your Pipeline

Once you’re logged in, the magic begins. Click on ‘Opportunities,’ and you’ll find the key to your sales success – pipelines. These pipelines are your roadmap to tracking customer journeys, and they can be tailored for various purposes, whether it’s for new leads, customers in different stages, or even support pipelines. Let’s create a pipeline from scratch to see how it all works.

  1. Click on ‘Pipelines’ and, up top, you’ll see ‘Opportunities.’
  2. Create a new pipeline; let’s call it the “Real Estate Pipeline.”
  3. Within your pipeline, you can create stages that align with your sales process. For instance:
    • New Lead
    • Interested
    • Demo Booked
    • Demo Completed (Not Closed)
    • Proposal Sent
    • Paid/Win

You can even include a ‘Long Term Follow-up’ stage for those prospects who express interest but aren’t ready to commit right away. This way, you ensure a robust follow-up process. Once you’ve defined your stages, click ‘Save.’

Using Your Pipeline

Now, let’s put your newly created pipeline to work. Click on ‘Opportunities’ and select your ‘Test Real Estate Pipeline.’ Here’s what it looks like:

  • New Lead
  • Interested
  • Demo Booked
  • Demo Completed (Not Closed)
  • Proposal Sent
  • Paid/Win
  • Long Term Follow-up

These stages are your columns, and you can customize them to suit your specific sales process.

Adding Leads to Your Pipeline

Imagine you have a new lead who expressed interest. You can automate the process by adding them to your ‘Opportunities Pipeline.’ Here’s how:

  1. Click on the lead’s name.
  2. Edit their pipeline and select the ‘New Lead’ stage.
  3. Assign a value to the lead; let’s say it’s $490.
  4. Update, and voilà! The lead is now in your pipeline.

You can easily track the lead’s progress and who’s responsible for nurturing them.

Managing Your Opportunities

Clicking on a lead opens up their details. Here’s what you can do:

  • Change the opportunity stage
  • Adjust the opportunity value
  • Mark them as closed, lost, or abandoned
  • Assign ownership to a specific salesperson
  • Identify the lead’s source
  • Add or update tags for categorization
  • Schedule appointments or set tasks
  • Add notes for reference

Tasks are especially useful for reminding you or your team to follow up with leads in the future. Plus, you can add or manage custom fields to capture specific information.

Streamlining Your Sales Process

As leads progress through your pipeline, you can easily move them from stage to stage by dragging and dropping them. For instance, from ‘Interested’ to ‘Demo Booked’ or ‘Demo Completed (Not Closed)’ when appropriate.

Customizing Your Pipeline

You can sort and filter your pipeline in various ways, such as by deal value, creation date, or last contact date. This flexibility allows you to prioritize leads effectively and stay focused on high-value opportunities.

Support Pipelines

Don’t forget, you can create support pipelines too! These are ideal for handling customer inquiries or issues that may not directly relate to sales but require organized management.
