With this new feature, users can dial in to the call using their cell phones for audio and still participate in the video chat. This is especially convenient for salespeople and businesses that rely on video calls to connect with clients.
To use this feature, users click the “use phone for audio” option when joining a cloud panel live video chat. They will then be prompted to dial a specific number and enter a four-digit meeting ID. Once connected, audio for the call will come through the user’s cell phone. This allows users to join a video call even if they don’t have a webcam or microphone on their computer.
