It’s important to always revisit the basics, especially in the field of entrepreneurship. If you have a strong foundation of understanding the fundamentals, it can guide and inform your choices and decisions for both your business and your personal life.
But it’s not just about the fundamentals. It’s also important to seek out outside wisdom and experiences to help make the best decisions for your business. The fundamentals are like the ship that steers us, but it’s up to us to navigate and make the choices that will dictate the course.
I also want to encourage anyone running a business or pursuing an endeavor to document their journey. It’s important to not only understand the fundamentals but also to reflect on the choices we make and why we make them. By documenting our journey, we can learn from our successes and failures and continually improve.
In this series, I’ll be sharing my own experiences and lessons learned as an entrepreneur. I’ll be discussing why I’ve made certain choices in my businesses, including my software operations and real estate ventures.
