There are key aspects to your campaign that can break the entire effort.
Here are the MOST COMMON mistakes (I have done all of these personally and made all these mistakes… so I speak from a deep experience of doing campaigns the wrong way. ha!)
Common mistake #1: If you send to non-verified emails, you will alert email providers and all your emails will go to spam (a wasted effort)
Common mistake #2: You don’t email enough people inside an organization.
Common mistake #3: You don’t send enough follow-ups (email 4 has the highest response).
Common mistake #4: You send emails from a non-warmed-up email (get flagged and go to spam).
Common mistake #5: The MOST common…. You don’t send enough emails in general (response rates of 1 to 5 percent should be expected when you are ICE cold at scale). As Wiliam on the CloudPano team says… “Just send more emails bro.”
You can avoid these mistakes.
